Seattle Wine and Food Experience is almost here; you don’t want to miss this!

Pre event CocktailLast week’s pre-event Tweet-up was a delightful prelude to the majestic event, Seattle Wine and Food Experience, happening on the 24th at The Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. Tickets are still available, but selling quickly, so heading over their site immediately after reading this post is a fantastic idea.

I do suggest you make it your mission to search out the 3 bites that were tasted by Seattle’s best pre-event tweeters; 12 Moons Asian Bistro served Spicy tuna roll, big eye tuna, English cucumbers and tobiko, Sno Deli served Bánh mì with roasted duck and Terra Vista served Piedmontese beef New York rolls with tobacco onions, horseradish rémoulade, dry Persian gremolata.
