Cool Treats for Hot Days; Ice Cream

Ice cream is the perfect companion to a hot summer day, and with so many flavors and varieties to choose from, the recipe box is full.  We have taken on a grand, and delicious, task of trying each and every one of them through the end of September.

Caramel Corn ~ Boozy Milkshake by Redbook Mag.  Technically this boozy adult concoction is not ice cream, but is both delicious, quick to whip up and very simple, which makes it one of my fav grown up treats.  Shopping list; Tahitian Vanilla ice cream, Maker’s Mark and caramel Sauce.  Full Recipe
