Caribbean Coffee
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 5 ounce hot black coffee
- 1/2 ounce whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Chocolate – grated dark chocolate or chocolate syrup
Pour coffee and rum into a cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, top with chocolate and serve with love.
Amaretto Coffee
- 1 1/2 ounce Amaretto
- 8 ounces coffee
- whipped cream
Stir the Amaretto into the coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground coriander.
Angie Coffee
- 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1 ounce Stolichnaya Vodka
- 3/4 cup coffee
Mix the Bailey’s and the Kahlua with the coffee and top off with the vodka.
