Cinema and Spice is a web cooking series that has quickly become an addiction of ours here at Your Home. Two women, Natasha and Julianna met while working together in LA at a vegan restaurant and quickly became friends and roommates. While sharing an apartment, the two began cooking, sharing recipes and Cinema & Spice was launched as a YouTube Channel in 2011. Feldman and Strickland have produced over 100 imaginative and informative videos to date. The cooking series was picked up by Yahoo! in 2013, where the 14 episode season garnered over 2.5 million views. Watch episodes here:
The highly successful web-series is nominated for a Webby, the highest honor on the internet. The cooking show features 3-to-5-minute creative and entertaining episodes inspired by films and TV shows with themed recipes, costumes and set-decoration. Cinema & Spice is nominated in the How-to & DIY category and Feldman and Strickland are honored to be nominated in the company of the high-profile and accomplished established brands PBS, Absolut Vodka, GQ Magazine and culinary giant Mario Batali, they announced today.
