Lime Mojito

Method: Muddle together, mint, simple syrup and lime juice. Add ice and rum. Shake and serve in a 16 ounce glass, adding soda water at the end.

Orange-Lime Mojito

Method: Muddle together, mint, simple syrup, lime juice and orange pieces. Add ice and rum, shake and serve in a 16 ounce glass. Add soda water and orange juice.

Pineapple Mojito

Method: Muddle together mint, pineapple, lime juice and simple syrup. Add ice and rum, shake and pour into a 16 oz glass.Top off with soda water and pineapple juice.

Raspberry Mojito

Method: Muddle together, mint, raspberries and lime juice. Add ice, simple syrup and Flora. Shake, pour and top off with soda water.
