Meat Preparation

  1. Begin by seasoning the thinly sliced Beef Sirloin Tip steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak slices to the skillet, searing them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned. Cook in batches if necessary. Once cooked, transfer the steak to a plate and set aside.

Recipe Steps

  1. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the mushrooms, onions, and zucchini until they are tender and slightly browned.
  2. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any flavorful bits.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and return the cooked beef to the skillet, stirring it into the sauce.
  4. Stir in the sour cream, allowing it to melt and combine with the other ingredients. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the flavors meld together.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Serve over a bed of cooked wide egg noodles or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and added freshness.
