Featuring a dazzling selection of 150 meticulously crafted margaritas, each is inspired by the resort’s impressive collection of 150 fine tequilas. These concoctions are ingeniously categorized into Classic, Modern, Fusion, and Exotic, ensuring a taste for every type of enthusiast.

From the smooth allure of silver tequila to the rich depth of añejo, including the smoky nuances of mezcal, there’s a blend to match any preference. Featuring tequilas from the likes of Sauza Hornitos to the exquisite Don Julio Real, and infused with unique ingredients such as black tea, beetroot, and serrano chili peppers, each sip promises a new discovery.

Immerse yourself in the essence of Mexican culture with selections like the 7 mole Margarita, a creative pairing of black mole sauce with Herradura Selección Suprema. Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Tequila Baluarte Reposado
  • 1 ounce Cointreau 
  • 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 2 ounces Mango Puree
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • Tajin Chili Powder on the Rim 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker 
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Tierra Noble Reposado
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce mezcal
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 0.75 ounce lemon juice
  • Tajin seasoning for rim

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients in a shaker and muddle together
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Line the glass rim with Tajin seasoning
  4. Pour ingredients into the glass
  5. Garnish with an orange slice

Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries
  • 4 leaves of basil  
  • 1 ounce Controy
  • 1 ounce Lime juice 
  • 1 ounceSimple Syrup 
  • 1 ½ ounces tequila El Gran Jurado Blanco 

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass muddle the strawberries and the basil
  2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
  3. Add ice and shake
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Watermelon juice
  • 1 ounce Lime juice
  • 1 ounce Simple syrup
  • 1 ounce Controy
  • 1½ ounces Tequila Cazadores Blanco 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces Casa Dragones Blanco (recommended)
  • 2½ ounces Prosecco
  • 1 ounc Grand Marnier
  • ½ ounce Lemon Juice
  • ½ ounce Simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker glass, except chilled prosecco
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Pour ingredients into a glass
  4. Top with prosecco
  5. Garnish with lime wedge

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 ounce Frangelico
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 ounce Patron Blanco
  • 3 coffee beans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker 
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed
  4. Garnish with coffee beans


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Milagro Barrica Selecta Añejjo
  • 1 ½ ounces Black mole (mole paste diluted with water to stirr with other complements)
  • 1 ½ ounces Cointreau
  • 1 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Sesame seeds for rim

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Pour ingredients into a glass
