Cucumber Smash
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ parts Hendricks® Gin
- ¾ part St-Germain® Elderflower Liqueur
- ½ part simple syrup
- ½ part lime juice
- 4 cucumber cubes, each ¾
- ½ part club soda
- 2 cucumber slices
- Glassware: Double Rocks
- Ice: Cubes
- Garnish: 2 cucumber slices
Instructions: Muddle cucumber cubes with lime juice in a mixing glass, add gin, St-Germain, simple syrup and ice. Mix and strain over fresh ice, top with soda and garnish with 2 cucumber slices.
