Grilled Chicken & Blackberry Salad with Bacon, Feta, and Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (Farm Fresh Northwest preferred)
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper (for grilling)
- 6 cups mixed spring greens or butter lettuce
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped or crumbled
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Instructions
- Grill the Chicken:
