Bourbon-Roasted Peach Cheesecake by María del Mar Sacasa for Serious Eats. I read the list of ingredients for the the Bourbon-Roasted Peaches alone, and my mouth began to water. Then my eyes made their way down to the pecan crust and finally the cheesecake filling. This is on the docket for the next summer gathering and I am positive plates will be coming back for seconds and thirds so a few of these hitting the dessert table will be necessity.
While the recipe at first glance looks to be a bit involved, don’t let it be too daunting to make. Take it one step at a time and soon you will be able to whip this up for friends and fam with your eyes closed. It’s simply too delicious not to. The Southern Peach Manhattan by Sumptuous Living. The Manhattan is hands down my favorite cocktail and while whipping up great cuisine for friends and family why not enjoy a taste of what is on the menu?
