Here at basil & salt we LOVE our coffee, so when I was kicking around inclusions for Cocktail Week, I made sure a few coffee cocktails made the cut.
Technically, basil & salt’s cocktail week doesn’t kick-off until September 1st, but I thought I would sneak this one in early.
A PROPER Coffee
Created by: Sonnu Verdini – Bar Manager, TRADE | Boston, MA
- 2 ounces Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 1.5 ounce Boston Harbor Coffee Liqueur
- 1 ounce Mandarine Napoleon
- .5 ounce Benedictine
- Shake/strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
- Garnish with hand-whipped cream and coffee beans.
