This small but vibrant region has been producing exceptional whiskey since the 6th century when St. Kevin first established a monastic settlement amidst the serene landscape. The Glendalough distillery, inspired by this ancient heritage, crafts its whiskey with passion, using traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients. The result is a smooth and full-bodied spirit that perfectly complements the flavors of our Irish Coffee Colada.
