Autumn Butterbrew Recipe

Serves: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk (or oat milk)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (for that velvety, “butterbeer” texture)
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Cinnamon stick or caramel drizzle, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk milk, pumpkin purée, brown sugar, and maple syrup over medium heat.
  2. Add the butter and whisk until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Heat until steaming — don’t boil.
  4. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and finish with a cinnamon stick or caramel drizzle.
  5. Sip slowly and let the magic of fall wrap around you. 🍂✨

Chef’s Note:

Add a splash of butterscotch syrup or bourbon cream for an adult version that’s pure autumn bliss.
