Autumn Butterbrew Recipe
Serves: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole milk (or oat milk)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter (for that velvety, “butterbeer” texture)
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Cinnamon stick or caramel drizzle, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, whisk milk, pumpkin purée, brown sugar, and maple syrup over medium heat.
- Add the butter and whisk until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Heat until steaming — don’t boil.
