Thin Mint Boozy Shake by Redbook.  It seems that each Christmas the children run around with cans of soda, while the adults hold “special milkshakes” and eggnog.  While they are fantastically delicious during the holidays, a hot summer day seems to be the perfect time to indulge in a cold, creamy, boozy treat.  My favorite part about these is that any flavor or flavor combination is possible, as you can see in this post. The shopping list is simple; Valrhona chocolate ice cream, Rumple Minz and thin mints to crumble on top.   Recipe Here.
