Happy Hour’s Washington Cocktail by Shaun the Bartender
Whether it’s the back yard or beach front, a seat in front of an outdoor fire and a great cocktail is the perfect way to end the day and begin the evening. Here in the Northwest, the weather should hold for the weekend, so it’s time to gather some peeps, throw another log on the fire and whip up Shaun the Bartender’s fantastic Washington Cocktail.

- 3/4 oz. Cognac
- 1 Tsp. Sugar
