  • 1 1/2 oz Jameson
  • 1/2 oz Punt e Mes
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Raspberry & Tarragon Shrub
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry Purée
  • 1 egg white
