Join us in ushering out summer and bringing in fall with our Summer Berry Cocktail. Use all raspberry or blackberry purée or follow our lead and use equal parts of each. Cheers!

Summer Berry Cocktail

  • Difficulty: Sinfully Simple

Creates 1 cocktail

Glass of Red WineIngredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 ounce raspberry or blackberry  perfect purée
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  1. Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker, without the ice. Shake vigorously, more than normal to properly mix egg and sugar.
  2. Add ice and shake again to chill cocktail.
  3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
