Summer Berry Cocktail
Creates 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 ounce raspberry or blackberry perfect purée
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Method
- Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker, without the ice. Shake vigorously, more than normal to properly mix egg and sugar.
- Add ice and shake again to chill cocktail.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
