In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, it’s time to get your green on. If you’re watching what you eat or are looking for a delicious vegetarian dish, switch out the corned beef and cabbage for this delicious, Healthy Greens Stir-Fry recipe (courtesy of Terra’s Kitchen) OR switch it up and try it as a side WITH your corned beef; either way, it’s sure to make the holiday enjoyable!
We suggest you pair it with a chilled Guinness for “balance”.
